• Please make sure that you choose the right sizing whenever you order. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES will be given for incorrect sizing. We include a size chart in all of our listings.
• Please make sure that your personalization information is entered just as we ask for it. If you fail to enter your monogram in the correct order, there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. We assume that you have read our above requirements and expect the customer to enter the information in correctly. PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK YOUR CUSTOMIZATION INFORMATION BEFORE CLICKING SUBMIT ON YOUR ORDER.
• Please note that there can be a slight variation of colors of our products due to screen resolution and photography. While we try our hardest to make sure that our photos represent the colors of our products accurately, you the customer may think otherwise due to your screen resolution. If you are unsure about coloring, you can message us for more photos of the product before purchasing. No refund will be given if you place the order and receive the item thinking that the coloring was off.
• ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS. These items are made to order and are immediately put into our production line once order is placed. If you have any concerns, message us!
⭑ SHIPPING & HANDLING ⭑
• We ship all packages via USPS. Your order will be updated with a tracking number once it has shipped.
• We do offer RUSH SHIPPING in the form of 1-3 Priority AND Overnight. If you need an item(s) quickly, please do not hesitate to ask us!
⭑ PRODUCT CARE ⭑
We recommend the following care instructions on all apparel:
• Hand wash or wash on gentle cycle with like colors
• Hang or Line Dry: We are not responsible for anything happening to the product from being tumble dried.
• DO NOT use Bleach OR Fabric Softener on our products.
⭑ DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ⭑
• Defect must be 1) noted at time package is opened, 2) documented with photos - including photos of the packaging, and 3) reported within 72hrs of receipt of package. All claims MUST be accompanied by photos or they will be denied.
• Defect must be due to seller mistake, not mishandling by USPS. If an item is ripped, torn, or damaged in transit, then an insurance claim will be made for items damaged in transit, and buyer refunded when USPS processed the claim. Photos of the packaging are REQUIRED for USPS insurance claims, and cannot be made without them.
• You cannot request a return/remake of a custom item if it is 1) past 72hrs of receipt, 2) worn or used in any fashion, or 3) washed.
